I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your wallet or will get a same amount in to your bank account within 5-10 days. Our Return Policy

We want you to love what you buy and be happy. Due to any reason if you are not impressed, please contact us.

We will return your shipping cost. Just send us a mail along with your order id and your issue with the product.

We aim to process all returns within a few days of receipt. Refunds are issued after returned items have been received, inspected, and processed.

How do I cancel an order on

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

–     If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. There is no cancellation after your product shipped.

Return services apply on:

–    For products such as god shringar items   etc. – If we have a no questions asked refund/replacement policy for 7 days. This becomes void in case you have tampered with the product such as removing silver capping, etc.

–   You cannot return once the Prasad and consultation services has been offered to the deity – because it is a perishable product and highly personalized for you.

How do I place a Return request on

If you would like to return some products purchased from, please follow these steps:

Create an Return request online. You can return any product purchased from within 3 days of delivery by going to the section. Please select the item you wish to Return. If your address is serviceable for Return you will be able to proceed and generate a Return id. Please note down your Return id for future reference

How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?

It can take up to 10 days for you to receive your refund. We take up to 2 days to process the refund once we receive the product at our returns processing facility. Therefore the return time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility.

Does pick up the product I want to return from my location?

Currently we pick up returns only in select PIN Codes. If your delivery location is serviceable, In that case you have to self-ship the item carefully at our warehouse address, make sure shipment packed in a box.

We will pick up the return within 72 hours of your placing the request. Please keep the return shipment ready.

I would like to Self-Ship the return myself to How can I do this?

If your pin code is not covered by our pickup service, you will need to self-ship the return item by courier. If we do not offer a return pick up service in your area or you choose to ship the return to us, please send the return package and the returns from inside to the nearest delivery centre. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs. 65 towards your shipping costs. This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 7600563650 or email us at  mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, via:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals,  and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

How to claim if you have not received the product
